DCAP’s mission is to promote and sustain pluralism and diversity in environmental, social, cultural, economic and political spheres. Central to this goal is the evolution of appropriate Law and Governance systems that respect this plurality by actively engaging all citizens in achieving peaceful co-existence within human society and with nature.
Established in 1987, the Center has been working to achieve its goals in partnership with public, private and community institutions at local, regional, national and international levels. |
